Another Outdoor Shoot Shot for C&C

Hey Guys,

This is another shot from my shoot over the weekend. I think the processing on this one is way better than the one I posted yesterday. Please let me know what you think. I kept the processing to a minimum. I tend to go a little too far when I do post, but this time I concentrated on leaving well enough alone (I think). Also, I know some of you had a problem with the background. I'll definitely consider that more next time, but for now, I really can't do anything about it.

I'll definitely think more about what's in the background in the future. Lesson learned, I hope.

Looks pretty good.
You know the background is sketchy already.
If you are going to have a rail behind her have her interact with it. Put a hand or elbow on it, with a foot up on the bottom rail or something.
Turn her more to the camera but not square.
Raise your light up higher, think of it as the sun, it should be shining down on your subject.

Overall this a pretty good shot. Very pretty girl.

Hey, thanks for the tips on this. The light was about a foot taller than her, maybe a little less. I'll definitely bring it up higher next time.

my only suggestion is that you should have had her turn just a bit more to the right to show off more of her figure. Here you have more of a side profile going which does not display her as well. Lighting is good though and she has appropriate attire for a photoshoot. The dark clothing draws the attention to her face where it should be.

Posing is something I'm still working on learning. She actually posed herself for the most part with some suggestions from me. This particular shot was all her but I suppose as the photographer, I should be directing the show somewhat. I'm getting there! Thanks for the link!
