Lovely photo for a lovely woman. The hair, the eyes, the face are really all wonderful. The only thing I would do is dodge the darker areas of the sweater if there are details in there. Probably not a lot because you don't want it to become gray.

Also, and I hope you don't mind me using your image as an example, but this shows very well how one needs to think in B&W when shooting for a B&W photo. The earring's tone is too close to her skin tone and it looks kind of like a blob.

Your color work is usually quite good but I don't remember seeing B&W photos before so I can't know if you missed this by lack of experience or, just because you missed it. This last happens to all of us so either way is possible.
