I like the bird and the general comp, but having it so very black on the left makes it a bit uncomfortable for me (personally) to look at. Maybe crop off a wee bit? Not so that the bird is centered, but just to get rid of some of the black. In person, was there much color on the water there? If so, could you try and bring it out a little in post?
