the exposure is fine, the compensation is nothing special.

what's that dust spot on your nose?

your logo is super distracting. adjust the opacity on it. it causes ones eyes to drift to the corner and stay there

Yeah it's not a serious pic. Just fun. The setting was manual

You almost had some nice Rembrandt lighting going on, you just needed to lift your chin more. I think the intersection of the light with your eye is extremely distracting :| As are the shadows on your forehead.
