I understand, Sparky, that there are now techniques to desensitize your body to allergens. I believe it is done by grinding down the allergen, diluting it, and then injecting the resulting mixture into you. The dilution is reduced over time, and at the end your body will (usually) tolerate the allergen. But this is a solution only if you are exposed to the allergen in daily life, and its effect on you could be life-threatening (anapalactic shock, etc.). The other way to handle these allergens is to go to a bubble enclosure, which may work as a general purpose light diffuser. It's a shame, really, that you've got this allery. It it was something like Minolta, or Practica, it'll be much easier to manage.
