Any R7 AF tutorial videos?

I’ve kinda figured out the ins and outs of the R7 AF system by trial and error. Coming from the 7D2, there was obviously a lot to figure out.

Are there any good tutorials on YouTube that go through the details of the R7 AF system, especially the focus tracking, eye AF, etc? It would be good to figure out the details the right way.
