Any way to turn clear image zoom on/off besides on the menu?

Hi, I have clear image zoom set up on button C3. I have focus area set up as an option on the fn button. After I take a picture using clear image zoom and then I try to change my focus area I get a message that says "This operation or setting not available as follows" then two words Zoom and On. So it looks like I have to turn off clear image zoom in order to change the focus area. The only way I know to turn off clear image zoom is to go into the menu (zoom page 5/9) which is kind of time consuming. I wanted to put the option to turn off clear image zoom as an option in the fn window but could not do it. So is there a way to turn off clear image zoom any more quickly than to go to the menu? Thank you.
