I use a boonie, but I'm looking to upgrade. The Tilley looks good.
I use the hat during the day and also at night, to keep the field lights out of my viewfinder. But I need more brim, as I am sometimes pulling the hat down, trying to get more shadow on the viewfinder eyepiece.
