Anyone have any idea what this lens attachment is?

My first guess was a close-up attachment for a Polaroid or the like. Any ideas?

Just a wild guess. It says telephoto on the side and it also says Dejur. Dejur used to make movie equipment so this could have been a front lens attachment that gives some kinid of telephoto effect. Auxillary Tele & Wide angle have been around for along time. I have a set for an old Electro 35 and a couple for my Yashica TLRs for both tele & WA.
