Anyone heard of/using PLC trilights lighting?

It is cheaper becuase the quality of the ligjhting is not the best.

The equipment is likely fragile and it is a "constant on" halogen lamp, not a strobe.

This means:
- Shorter lamp life
- Much lower quality lighting
- Lots more heat

You get what you pay for in the strobist department!
The price does not seem all that cheap for bargain basement continuous lighting. I've seen some strobes on ePay for about the same price. (But wouldn't have them either.)
