Anyone know where to find a wallet sheet cutter?

I need to cut 2.5x3.5 sheets of 8 or 9 photos on heavy stock. These are two sided. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Not sure about a cutter for just one size. I use a stack cutter at work similar to this one.......
