Anyone uploading to stock sites?

I imagine it will bottom out eventually (I hope!). People with cameras eventually seem to figure out they're not making much money at it and quit doing it. There are apparently still stock agencies (look at the Photo District News) so maybe there are some opportunities, but most of the so-called stock sites seem to be targeting amateurs and they can take advantage of them. People will probably/hopefully stop using those sites one of these days.

Study any major point in history.
The Renascence ended when the Holy roman Empire wanted control of everything European.
The counter Reformation was taking place and the ideal of intellect and "progress" was being diverted away from Italy and people no longer wanted the gilded treasures of that period.
It eventually led to events that changed the foundations of Europe and the world.

today, the Industrial Renascence is essentially over.
The gilded technology is starting to not only reach the limits of its capacity, but of the patience of the people and economies.

Photography is simply in that mix.
What will come?
Who knows.
