Anyone using the Sigma 17-70mm f2.8/4 OS

Considering one of these, either the the new "C" version or the previous version for a d7100. Has anyone any experience with these lenses. Thanks

I would like to learn about the new version too. I'm thinking about buying it if Nikon won't produce something like 17-70 f4 in the next few months.

No, I've heard good things about it. Google terms like "17-70 f2.8-f4 review", or "17-70 lens review"... search terms like that (without the quotation marks). You might find some good information. Also test the lens in person if you have a store you can test it at.

I did Google it and it comes up mostly good. Dpreview says it's mostly good but poor at wide end. I just prefer actual user feedback. No where here where I am to test it.
