Nice, I like the dappled light. Does get lost in the background a tad. What does the colour one look like?

Good positioning of the subject's body and limbs. Framing is a tad bit tight at the top of the frame. The dappled light patches in the lower right area might look better burned down a tiny bit, like say anywhere from .07 to 1.5 EV.,depending on your taste; it draws the eye a bit away from the primate, yet it still needs to be rendered as dappled light.

I did a third processing incorporating the second iteration but cloning out the grass or hay from his right shoulder & some crumbs or whatever it was from his chest...see below

I recently joined a photo club & this was one of my entries for the month of October. It scored a 9 but lost out to the image of the month... (this was my high score image for October).

A big thank you also to goooner & Derrel who brought to my attention the dappled light issue & insights!
