If there is, it's because it's been downsized. To truly tell, we need to see the original.

I can see some "jaggies" on the outline of the aircraft, near the tail, and also up near the cockpit, but as is implied above, the image is pretty small, and it's difficult to see much at the size the image is posted at.

I suspect the image posted is cropped from a larger frame.

What are the pixel dimensions of the image (image resolution)?
1600 px by 800 px?
Are you wanting to print the photo? If so at what size?

$20 says he's trying to post this image to some airplane forum who are incredibly picky about the images. $10 says they rejected it and commented that it was due to artifacts.
