Art photography

Help. After looking at many critique sites and finding they weren’t too helpful for someone who wants to develop as an art photographer, I thought I’d start my own. I was looking for people who wanted to learn more effective critiquing and who had long-term goals as art photographers. Although there are many wonderful photo forums (such as this one), a photo forum doesn’t seem the place for serious photographers. But, where is that place(s)? I need advice as to where to look.
