Art Therapy

My mentor wasn't having the greatest day after a business meeting in the morning, so we spent the afternoon making some beautiful imagery. I always believe that creating art is very therapeutic, and it certainly turned an ugly morning into a beautiful afternoon. These were my favorite shots:

3. Two just has too much dark for me, or not enough.. Or something. 1 just kind of makes me giggle and I don't understand it. Lol really really like 3.

I like #1, 'though I can't help wishing that the image ended at the bottom of the box; the little bit of exposed torso we see just sort 'doesn't work' for me. #2 is great, but I think just a bit of fill, or slightly less depth to the shadows image left.

the first image is so bizarre

The first image has a lot of meanings to my mentor and I, but I feel that it's better left unexplained and open to interpretation.

As for the second, it's a stylistic preference to have the shadows so intense. To me it fits with both the mood and the styling in the image.
