Astrophotography Tracker

If someone was looking to buy a tracker would it be better to get a tracker to mount on a tripod or one with a tripod? Here are a couple of examples Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer Pro Pack or Sky-Watcher EQM-35 Mount.
I have a tripod but adding the tracker and camera will probably be pushing it's limits so I would probably have to invest in a better tripod and ball mount. Those plus the tracker might end up around the same price. So which way would someone prefer to go?

I prefer to pick out my own tripod to support the gear that I plan to put on it.
