Athina - Double Exposure

Well I took another double exposure today. I really meant it as just an example for a friend of what the technique looked like, and it actually turned out pretty well! I gave editing out the darker background portions a go, and ultimately didn't like it. Those supplementary details, I feel, provide a bit of context, some additional form to an otherwise sparse image.

On a side note, I am finding it immensely enjoyable taking someone's silhouette, and then finding a plant or texture that I feel matches their personality.
