Auckland!

I'm not at all satisfied with where I had to put the horizon. Lower it would have cut the Sky tower's antenna, higher and the highways would look like crap. Thoughts?

I like the way the ribbons of road and light streaks wind their way (and lead your eye) to the tower. The bright light on the left really grabs your attention and draws your eye out into the black sky. Perhaps you could burn it, or clone it out, or find a different composition or point of view that would deemphasize it.

I think it is OK...I like the composition, well apart from the bright light at the left...you have to lighten that a bit similar to the other ones to get the attention off it. Do not do anything apart from that. You've captured this the way it is and it is a wonderful shot. Really. But what do I know...I've only been to NZ a few times...

I like this photo. But the yellow street light on the left is distracting.

I took a similar photo from a different part of that same bridge over Auckland's Spaghetti Junction (there is a thread on this probably a few pages back now). 2 suggestions, try to shoot a bit earlier so there is a bit of light in the sky. Sunset times probably not on your side on a working day tho at this time of year there. Try moving your location a little closer to the city you might be able to lose that first light and have the Sky Tower on the right third, which is what I did:

I feel it's too centered.

I didn't want light in the sky. I'm currently unemployed so I can get there by sunset but it's not what I wanted to do.

I was also waiting for them to remove the ugly turquoise color from the tower
