Auto-correction from Kodak Color Control Patches

Hi to all,
is there any way how to auto-correct colors from KODAK Color Control Patches in image?
(by Action, Plug-In for Ph CS5 or with another technique?)
I found only way for 24 Color Checker (like GretagMacbeth sells). But I mean the older one (simple stripe).
(It's my first post so I can't attach any link, so I hope it's clear

Tomorrow I will receive over 200 scanned diapositives of oil paints for one book, so a right colors matters. On all photos there is classic Kodak stripe on a side of a canvas.

Recommendation or tips are appreciated. Thank you very much.
