My wife & I took a drive through the Smoky Mountains today. This is one of the reasons I love to live in East Tennessee. Here are a few of the photos I took.

Yes, agreed a very nice set indeed. The layers in the first are sublime (tho I'd clone out the encroaching branches at the top and left to tidy it up a bit).

Great set, makes me homesick for the mountains. One of our favorite places any time of the year, just up there in September. Really would like to drive the Foothills Pkwy, when it's in full color, but time may not allow it this year.
