Azure Kingfisher & Water Dragon.

Finally got the Kingfisher a few months back, just as i was paddling off he landed here so jumped outta the kayak and got the camera outta the dry bag and just managed to get a shot off. The Eastern Water Dragon is from the same lake, this is a big female.

Cheer's im happy with the entry level gear, really need a multi thousand dollar camera though. One day, maybe.

Ah this ones not easy, he travels along the bank and to get a shot of him one needs to do it from the kayak. I get wobbly losing the horizon while looking through the finder and dont want to end up in the water.

Or one could sit in that spot all day and hope he comes by that way.

Gonna get a pair of outrigger stabilises so i can use the camera on the water and not having to worry about it drowning.

Nicely done images! I've held a water dragon before, my brother has one in a terrarium in his living room. They look much better in the wild I think.
