B+W 77mm Circular polarizer not smooth surface problem

Hello. I am new to this forum, but want to ask you guys if anybody did observe not smooth surface on a B+W Circular polarizer. I do have 8 B+W filters, including another CP, but this one has a very uneven surface. I did't try to take pictures with it as yet, but will try that ASAP. I was hoping somebody might have had the same "problem".
Attached pictures are taken against artificial light in order to see the surface of the filter!
Any comment will be appreciated!
