I like it, but it's too smooth, leave at least a little bit of texture in her skin.

I like the pose and the expression but her skin looks way too fake and plastic. There is also no light in her eyes. I like your lighting overall, but tone down your PP a little bit and next time do something to get a catchlight in her eyes. Place her by a window or use a reflector. If you are using studio lights then lower the angle or use a reflector to get some light in there. Definitely on the right track though.
