Just wondering how I could improve this image...

It was taken without flash with a 70-200mm at 122mm f2,8 1/125 at ISO 1600

It's out of focus and blown out. You can't fix that.

reshooting is the only solution if you want that shot, and i doubt you'd be able to do that.

I don't mind the fact that it's blown. I personally do not find it the great evil people claim it to be, but I agree the out of focus is a bit annoying since the eye has nothing to really focus on.

I would take out the one rain streak in the man's face. It looks like a scratch.

Out of focus, blown out, and the head thing sticking into the bottom of the frame really bugs me. Watch comp next time.
