Baby backgrounds?

I'm new to portrait photography, how do photographers get the cool backgrounds in toddler shoots that look like wallpaper with molding? Do you edit it in or have different options on boards and bring them in/out for different sequences? Thanks!

Here is a link to a good company. http://www.silverlakephoto.com/categories/I also like Lemon Drop backgrounds as well. Getting molding from the hardware store is cheapest. I use Velcro on the baseboard and background to keep it in place.
