Exposures all over the place and same goes for the white balance. Some general post processing would really help these out technically. Focus also seems a bit soft and not loving the backdrop. I took a look at your EXIF data and things look reasonable so maybe take a bit more time to nail your focus and meter correctly on the kid rather than the backdrop or the nose of the stuffed animal. Keep shooting!

Your compositions are poor.

Take the feedback in a positive manner. Learn composition first. A great focus and exposure means nothing unless the composition is good, that includes but is not limited to lighting, subject position in the frame and background.

Keep practicing!

You need to learn to look at your pictures and dissect them.

Is that his real color?
Is he in the important place in the frame?
Are there reflections on his forehead?
Does the picture look too cold (blue) too red?

Good pictures aren't magic that you can't understand
If the pictures are meant to represent what you actually saw, and they don't, there's something wrong.

I looked at the exif too and your iso is way high. your shooting at iso 3200?
