Thanks Terri! He is fairly cooperative as long as he can sit on the furry rug. Hats don't seem to bother him. Snickers will start bucking like a bronco if I put a hat on him.
The lighting was 2 continuous cheap lights. Not very strong, but the pups don't care for a flash. I tried one high and one low this time.

Good choice, getting light up under the brim of a hat and chin is challenging. Even on my standard 3 light set, I use a large white reflector on the floor angled up, in front of the subject to soften the shadows.
