Backyard Femail Cardinal, asking for critique.

Not concerned about the pose, or the the perch but have been having trouble getting sharp photos from my Sony A77 with Tamron 150-600 lens.
Thoughts on this one? Shot in Jpeg with in camera sharpening. Too much sharpening? I have adjusted the micro-focus and this one was shot with auto-focus.

Eye seems tack sharp to me.
