Bad Hair Day

This is a leap for me, it's one thing to post a "flattering" picture but to post one that's not .... I'm going to post this and grab my coffee and zen out in a sunroom lol

I was trying to capture different emotions, from watching America's Top Model I saw them get the girls to really scream in these kinds of shots so I tried it. It worked pretty well for the shot but the cats certainly didn't like it much, they all came to the door and meowed constantly lol

I think my biggest issue with it is not enough room at the bottom.

I like the emotion of the shot. Why did you choose landscape instead of portrait for this one? That may have given you the room at the bottom you were wanting.

Thanks Ron, I should have turned the camera, I was sitting with the remote trigger and going through my different ideas and didn't realize I had moved forward and this was so closely framed It's an emotion I'm definitely going to revisit and will be more mindful next time.

Great concept and you are brave. I agree with your initial instinct--more room on the bottom. I think the expression itself has a lot of power.
