Bald Eagle Nest Check

I haven't been able to make it back to the nest since a week after they were born, the first week in March....there were ZERO leaves on the cottonwood tree that the best is in..... they still had white pin feathers, super small chicks... They're not small any more!... And the tree is fully leafed out.

Both parents were in the area, perched and doing fly-bys...

The little Nikon D3500 with its 11 focus points always makes it a challenge (but I only use the single center focus point!!!).. But the 500PF did it's part very well.
