Are you familiar with layer masking over adjustment layers in photoshop? If so, I would put an inverted layer mask over a completely desaturated Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, and use a white paint brush set to 0% hardness, 100% opacity, and 1% flow to reduce the saturation on her face caused by the orange reflection from the basket ball. As well, you could remove the dirty spots on the floor of your backdrop.

I REALLY like the first; exposure is spot-on and the pose and expression are absolutely perfect. The second is nice, but the highlights are probably a stop too hot for my tastes. Excellent suggestion by Dan with respect to the processing.
