Band Venue photograph issues.

Hello, I recently upgraded to a D7000 and are having major grain issues and lighting.



All suggestions welcomed.

You can't be having grain issues because only film has grain.
Digital cameras have image noise and there are several different kinds of image noise.

Under exposure and using a high ISO setting makes image noise more visible.

I figured it out the venue was gross in lighting.
