Yes very nice . The slow twinkle in the eye is attention attracting without being annoying like the flash ray one I made.

This is just my opinion, so please don't take it as criticism, but the transition from the eye to the background behind the text a distracting to me. I would either soften the background or blur/blend between where the eye ends and the text. Just my thoughts! Other then that, it looks great!
