I heard that battery grip can help extend the shutter speed, mainly to extend life time, when you forgot the charger it is really useful. I want to consult an experienced expert, this battery grip could have? Actual results? Must I have to buy the original battery?

Note: I have only one battery, and intend to install the 5th battery. If I buy original battery, then that could cause the high cost of batteries.

I read this twice and I'm pretty sure I didn't understand a thing you said.

A third party battery should work fine.

By third party I mean off brand or Non Nikon.

I hope that helps.
