Bay photo ROES problems or my photos.

I want to have some prints made and I tried to use the Roes software and no matter what sizes I pick the preview looks very distorted.

Some of my pics are square crops so I chose square print sizes and it still looks off.

I tried tweaking the settings in light room, I removed noise removal and all my other adjustment pretty much and still it looks off.

I'm shooting with a Canon 550D in raw. I export at 100% quality at full resolution with sharpening applied...all through light room.

Is there something I'm doing wrong. I'm stumped.

I thought about it, but I've never used a roes to order pictures and figured I probably screwed up.
