Beach B&W Portrait Critique

Hmmm, I'm afraid this one doesn't really work for me. The combination of over-bright highlights on her back, and deep shadows around her eyes is rather distracting; I think the setup required and additional light from camera left. As well, the model doesn't appear to be really 'into' the shoot. Her expression is more of "Is this over yet?" On the plus side, the focus and mono conversion are excellent.

Just my $00.02 worth - your mileage may vary.

I like the dramatic lighting and outfit. Both could definitely work with this picture in b and w. The shadows on the face are bit distracting as well as the and pose. Keep working for that great photo

Primarily, however the whole face needs work.
