i'm a lil tired right now, so it could be my eyes, but, it looks like you missed the focus on it.. it also seems to lack "pop" to me.. the colors all seem really dead..

and the horizon is tilted, which tends to bother me on beach shots. and of course you're missing half of their feet.

with a bit of PPing, I bet this could be improved.
