Beach photos come out blue...help

I took piscof the beach and they turned out very blue. What did I do wrong?

I dunno. This is about as vague as vague gets. Can you post a photo?

Without seeing, or having any more than a minimal amount of information, I can only assume that it's a white balance issue.

The white balance setting on the camera may have been set to tungsten/incandescent instead of daylight.

It's a wb problem just need to find the setting in the camera to change it. Camera make model would allow for an easier step through on the process.

Set the WB to match the conditions you are in...

Daylight if you're outside in the sun, for example.

If you shot RAW, you can change the WB easily on the computer.

By reading your camera's user's manual and discovering how it's done on your specific camera.
