I'm not sure I'm too happy with this one. I posted the SOOC version below. I'm not sure what I could have done better. I always welcome strong strong critique.

The picture has REALLY low contrast; that's why it looks so flat. Here's a quick edit I made with the contrast bumped up (I also made a black and white version because I thought it looked better without color): http://i.imgur.com/iifpa.jpg

Bossy, I didn't use a filter. It was just an overcast, hazy day.

harriknight, The black and white was okay, but I apologize, I didn't like your color version at all. Too much saturation. Thanks for the attempt though.

As such the image lacks contrast, i am afraid... and believe me, i like harrinight's edit... but that could be a personal preference of two

Thanks Traveler. I guess I'm hung up on the fact that it was a hazy day. I really hoped I had pulled off a better capture than I did.

Mother Nature is not concerned with you getting a perfect shot.
If the day was low contrast that is what the image is SOOC - but it doesn't have to stay that way.
That image can be PPed into a great picture; you just have to see it.

And that's the difference between taking a picture and making one.

NIce! I would maybe either reduce brightness.. or even clone out the white roof in the centerline.. I find that to be an eye draw!
