Beast of Myakka

I went to Myakka River State Park the other day to photograph birds but this beast stole the show, I love this old Chevy truck! I almost never photograph vehicles and the ISO was rather high up around ISO 3200 due to the heavy shade but I think they came out ok for the conditions.

Thanks, Jeff. I wish I could say what year it is but I have no idea. The owner wasn't around to ask either, he just parked it in the road like that and walked away.

Nice pics.
Doors have vent windows but no push button door handles, that would be a 1951. It is the "Advanced Design" series truck built from 1947-55.

Thank you very much for that info. I figured it was likely a 50's era truck, it has the 50's styling.
