I kept trying to run iso at 2000 but the info shows it shot at 200...what did I do wrong

its a little dark. and for a "sky" picture, only half the frame is actually sky. the tree in the center kind of seems like the main focus in this picture, but all the trees are so mushed together by the darkness that its hard to tell.
