Please tell me your honest opinion. The only way to get better at is to keep practicing and learn from your mistakes.

I ran a few processes on the color image..starting with the black and white adjustment layer in photoshop to lighten the reddish orange.

I then did some selective "dodging" choosing those areas with the "color range" command.

I then did an output sharpening with PK Sharpener Toolkit.

I finished converting the image to a quadtone.

I had one pic come out like that but i thought it was to light. If i could just lighten the face up more then i would be happy with it. Im still playing around with it.
