It almost looks like the break out of a wild fire...what kind of treatment it is? How did you control your exposure as if two different exposure in one frame ?

F/3.5, 1/5 seg handheld, ISO 3200.
Used darktable to adjust light, contrast and noise removing.
Artificial Light sources made that effect.
