Bent metal

I recently grabbed this detail of a new metal clad building. It was a bit like a Nissen hut on steroids. (On my screen the combination of lines makes the image look like it isn't rectangular!)

I took this shot for the lines and curves, and didn't spot the optical illusion until after I'd processed it. It seemed a bit of a nuisance. However, after last night's mini-earthquake in the UK perhaps I could sell copies to anyone with leaning walls. Displayed in those circumstances it might look straight .

Great shot. And yes, the lines within the frame want your eyes to make it look like its not rectangular.
