I take it that is the interior shot of that same building, although I don't think I could have asked for anything other than a Lone Star there.

I loved my visit to England but also I adore cold beer. Sadly it sounds like you've made up your mind to be happy only with what you are familiar with so a visit to the states might not be the best idea for you, friend. Pity, we have a lot to offer.

Seeing as the inside thermometer in the photo says it's 80°F (27°C) it was probably just another 90°F (32°C) day out in the sun.

In Texas we drink cold beer and iced tea. The only warm beer I drink is when all the ice has melted in the ice chest.

In my area we only have about 100 different local micro brews and hell, we have bars that have 200 beers on tap. I don't think we are in any danger of finding good beer. It's not like we are all drinking Miller lite over here. I can think of 20 different ipa's I have tried in the last month.

Beer cold, coffee hot, and iced tea sweet, just the way it is here. Worked for so many years, don't see any need to change now.

We have a brewery here in Hondo, Texas that many call the best in Texas: It's name is "Real Ale Brewery". My favorite is their "Lost Gold" pale ale. Try this, if you're ever in our great state.

My wife drinks Firemans 4 which is made by Real Ale. It's her favorite beer.
