Looks like you sat down to painstakingly and neatly draw this one with a very fine pencil. Cool effect.
It's the halo around the actual fountain that I don't like, and the un-erased (un-cloned) dust specs on your sensor, either.

I agree with LaFoto - it does look like a drawing. I had to really look at it for a while. I like the mood.
