BH Photo or Adorama

I am planning a one-day excursion to BH Photo/Adorama to spend time looking at M4/3 cameras

Can anyone suggest times of the week when they are liable to be not or the least busy so I can linger at a counter without 50 people champing at the bit behind me?

If you are going to suggest Friday evening or Saturday, I understand your humor but it doesn't help.

The phone guy said any day but Sunday but that sounds too simple.

Monday Mornings are normally a less busy time for most places. After that early morning on any normal workday generally works well - although be weary of school holidays as they can spark a higher number of people visiting than normal (as many other work holiday periods also tend to spark off around similar times).

Evenings on any day are a bad idea if you want to linger and chat as the staff all want to go home.

I went on a Monday morning.
It was less busy than a Sunday and the DSLR desk people weren't in any rush.

I was going to say Tuesday mornings. Tuesdays are the busiest days at work and perhaps slowest at retail outlets. Who knows...
