Bird in the park

Hi all, Im falling in love with wildlife photography, and I'm triyng to improve my technic so comment and critics are welcome
The photo's are shoot with a nikon d7100 and a tamron 70-300 vc, I'm going to upgrade the lens this summer whit a sigma 150-600 sport hope to improve the quality of my photo's with more experience and a better glass

Thank you, he was my first kingfisher and I was very happy in that moment, the photo is heavily cropped and not very sharp but I hope to have other chance in the future to make better

I never saw a great blue heron, so I googled it, they are very similar indeed.
